Greg Latimer
Greg was drawn to the Northern Nevada area after frequent family vacations as a youth. Having served an apprenticeship in Southern California, he parlayed his talents into a small business in the Reno area with a business partner, and sold out of that venture to found Triad Plastic Technologies in 1988. From the start the mission hasn’t changed: Manufacture high quality American products utilizing state-of-the-art technology, exceeding our customers’ expectations, and operate according to biblical principles. That purpose statement has served Triad well throughout the years, and will continue into the future. Greg currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.
Marvin Small
Marvin is a native Nevadan, studied business at UNR and is a Certified Management Accountant. After college Marvin worked for IGT in accounting and finance, and then served as a finance executive for an asphalt supplier before joining Triad in 2018. Triad’s mission to serve others well and apply biblical principles in business is what drew him to Triad.
Jeff Gail
Transplanted to Reno from Southern California (still a Dodger fan, though) at age 9, Jeff fell in love with the High Sierra. He loves spending time with his wife and kids while skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, hiking, and camping. Jeff joined Triad Technologies in 1998 as a tooling apprentice, and has served in virtually every position in every division at Triad with a short absence in 2003 to attend seminary training. Currently, Jeff oversees the tooling division and serves on the Board of Directors.
